The location was unbeatable and excellent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was fairly friendly and excellent can provide additional tips. The room was spotless and had a good view of garden.

Shower Temperature Issue

The room is well priced. The location is magnificent and beautiful, 2 miles from an Australian public university. It's based in very quiet area, in the centre of town.

The hotel's position was quiet and convenient, on top of a hill with a beautiful view. The staff were exceptionally helpful and recommended a restaurant, when I asked them to.

My stay was wonderful for 1 or several nights. Its location was perfectly comfortable and handy, close to everything in Armidale, and in a very quite area. Also, Armidale Pine Forest was placed at a small distance.

Good sized room, bed was comfortable plus there was a great-sized bathroom. Free wireless internet access and an air conditioning were there too. I appreciated the employees, they were amazingly helpful.

The rooms are new-fashioned and cheap, have electric blankets. The location is peaceful and nice, the check in is early. Would stay here again if we go to Armidale, thoroughly enjoyed it.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel on the outskirts of Armidale. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other accommodations in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the rooms equipped with warm and comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities neatly stored in the cupboard. Lastly, I appreciated that breakfast was included, providing a convenient start to each morning.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was ok.

Close to the highway but quiet. Room was warm on a very unseasonably cold night. Toaster in room was helpful as we are gluten intolerant and it's sometimes difficult to find a suitable breakfast in the country.

The location was also convenient, situated on the outskirts of town close to the main highway, making it easy to explore the area.
